Connelly: House OK’s stepped up traffic camera enforcement in Seattle

The state House of Representatives, on a party line vote, approves a “Block the Box” bill that would allow Seattle to use automated traffic cameras to slap a $136 fine on drivers who violate crosswalks and stray into the city’s many bus-only lanes.
