  1. It could be so easy. Just name the new franchise the Metropolitans. But they won’t . 🤷🏼‍♂️

  2. Yup that’s right they were as the Seattle metropolitans but it’s kinda sad that history forgets that they existed because they were a champion at one point and then time swept them under the rug. Kinda how that works and then what’s even mind blowing is that there was little to no transportation so they had to constantly move to from on there own

  3. It’s kind of miraculous how they traveled from Montreal to Seattle as a hockey team in 1917

  4. I don't know how I feel.. if their name ends up being sockeyes then I prefer that than the horrible idea of them being called Kraken (just asking for it on that one) but Sockeyes isn't crazy either. I'd rather them go with Totems since Eagles isn't even on anyone's minds😭 and yes that is a name they could use not just making it up.

  5. I hope they will keep the name metropolitan/Mets and the old team jerseys with the same colour and it will get a rivalry against Vancouver with almost the same colour scheme

  6. Hey shannon!!. Do video series about canada cups and super series from 80s where nhl and soviet teams face each others!!!…
